The sweet interaction did not go unnoticed by royal fans, who swiftly took to social media to express their admiration for the princess.

She's a councillor of state, so I guess she's trusted.

Also, her husband is from Italian aristocracy, he's a count, so he understands royal protocol.”

Another fan added, “She obviously has some endearing qualities as a councillor of state,” and a fourth person voiced their adoration for Princess Beatrice and Eduardo, stating, “They'd make great fill-ins as some older royals retire from duties.”

Meanwhile, tensions have been brewing between Sarah Ferguson, Princess Beatrice, and the Sussexes for some time now.

If Princess Beatrice were to be chosen to replace Harry's role, it is expected to further fuel the feud.

III's plan for a streamlined monarchy may have been well-intentioned, but it seems to be posing challenges for those with young families.

Lady Louise Windsor, the 20-year-old daughter of , the Duke of Edinburgh, and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, is rumored to be the next member of the royal family to step into a more senior role.

Alongside and Princess Beatrice, she is more than ready to embrace the spotlight after witnessing her parents gracefully fulfill their royal engagements.

Gareth Russell, the author of the upcoming book “The Palace from the Tudors to the Windsors: 500 Years of British History at Hampton Court,” shared his insights on GB News, highlighting the crisis Charles is facing in fulfilling senior roles.

Russell explained that the monarchy's functioning in 2023 was never intended to exclude the Duke of Sussex.

This leaves the royal family with two options: either reduce the number of charities they support and events they attend or recruit three additional working royals.

These potential recruits would include Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, as well as their cousin Lady Louise.

The burden of fulfilling royal duties has primarily fallen on , , , and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh.

However, they are not meant to cover as many events as they currently do.

Russell emphasized the urgency for Charles to promote his nieces, as it is crucial for the monarchy to have at least three working royals from the younger generation in order to continue providing substantial support to various causes and charities.
