King Charles Disheartened as He Hasn’t Met Archie and Lilibet Since Their Move to California

and Meghan Markle faced eviction from Frogmore Cottage last year when requested that they vacate the property.

However, this decision has had a significant impact on the King's relationship with his grandchildren, and .

Royal commentator Michael Cole expressed his sadness over the situation, stating that the King has hardly had the chance to see his grandchildren, especially since Megxit.

Cole emphasized that it is only natural for a grandfather to desire spending time with his grandchildren, and the King is no exception.

The expert shared that the King holds immense love for his children, grandchildren, and godchildren, making it even more distressing that he cannot see and as often as he would like.

Unfortunately, it seems that it will be quite some time before returns to the country with his children.

Mike Tyndall, husband of Zara and a member of the royal family, confirmed that no one in the family has had the opportunity to meet Archie and Lilibet.

In 2022, Tyndall revealed that during the Platinum Jubilee, a secret lunch was held for the late Queen's grandchildren and their spouses.

However, Harry and Meghan were notably absent from the gathering.

While the rest of the family enjoyed a meal at Buckingham Palace after the Trooping the Colour event, the cousins opted for a separate lunch.

Harry and Meghan, who were present at the event with the Tyndalls, returned directly to Frogmore Cottage.

Their absence from the lunch fueled ongoing rumors of a rift with Harry's family.

Tyndall disclosed that the location for this private cousins' lunch remains undisclosed.

However, he did mention a previous lunch in March attended by the Tyndalls, , , and their husbands at the exclusive Scott's Restaurant in Mayfair.

It has been rumored that Harry and Meghan hosted a birthday party for their daughter, Lilibet, during the Jubilee celebrations at Frogmore Cottage.

The guest list included Zara and Mike Tyndall's children, Mia, Lena, and Lucas, as well as Savannah and Isla, the daughters of Peter Phillips and Autumn Kelly.

Additionally, Archie's godfather, Charlie Van Straubenze, and his brother Tom, who is 's godfather, were also invited.

However, it has now come to light that the birthday photos of Lilibet were taken at a Montecito mansion, not at Frogmore.

The Sussexes' PR team had spread rumors suggesting the Tyndalls' attendance, but it turns out they did not attend any birthday party during the Queen's Jubilee.

The absence of Archie and Lilibet from the King's life has undoubtedly left him disheartened.

Not being able to witness the growth and development of his grandchildren is a source of great sadness for him.

The King's longing to spend time with his family is a natural desire shared by many, making the current situation all the more difficult.

As Prince Harry and his family continue to reside in California, it remains uncertain when the King will have the opportunity to meet Archie and Lilibet again.
