Princess Catherine Pays Tribute to Late Queen Elizabeth II Through Jewelry

Princess Catherine, also known as the Princess of Wales, has found a subtle yet beautiful way to pay tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II.

Since the Queen's passing last September at the age of 96, Catherine has regularly honored her through her choice of jewelry.

This was no exception during her second annual Christmas Carol concert at Westminster Abbey.

For the event, Catherine decorated the stunning Christmas trees sourced from the Windsor Great Park and donated by His Majesty the King.

Among the branches adorned with Paddington Bears and Paddington Bear Bubbles, she played with joy and grace.

It is worth noting that the late Queen Elizabeth II had become associated with Paddington Bear, another beloved British national treasure.

The two even appeared together in a short comedy video during the Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June.

Following the Queen's death, over 1,000 Paddington Bears and other teddy bears were left outside Buckingham Palace as a tribute to her.

In October, Buckingham Palace and the Royal Parks announced that these bears would be professionally cleaned before being delivered to Barnados, a children's charity.

Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, fulfilled this promise by donating the bears to the charity in a heartwarming teddy bear's picnic for vulnerable children.

She expressed her pleasure in re-homing the toy bears and urged the children to take good care of them.

Prince Harry himself admitted to getting emotional upon witnessing the Paddington Bear tributes.

On the one-year anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's passing, he made sure to include a sentimental piece of heirloom jewelry in his outfit for a church service at St David's Cathedral in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

Catherine opted to wear the Queen's Silver Jubilee Diamond and Pearl Earrings, which she had previously worn multiple times in the week following the monarch's death.

These earrings held significant sentimental value to both Catherine and the late Queen.

While the royal family traditionally wore black during the official mourning period, Princess Catherine chose to re-wear a burgundy coat dress from Eponine, London for this occasion.

She paired it with a matching fascinator, pumps, and a mulberry clutch bag.

Given the importance of the memorial service, it was fitting for the princess to rely on a tried-and-tested formula for her attire.

To mark the occasion, the Prince and Princess of Wales posted a series of photographs of Queen Elizabeth II on their social media accounts.

Accompanied by the message “Today, we remember the extraordinary life and legacy of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth.

We all miss you, W and C,” these images served as a heartfelt tribute to the late monarch.

In addition, Kensington Palace released a black-and-white image featuring Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

The royal children can be seen sitting on a bench, smiling radiantly.

Charlotte sits in the middle, with her arms lovingly wrapped around her brothers.

The Prince and Princess of Wales also used another black-and-white image of themselves and their three children for their Christmas card.

In this photo, they all wear black trousers and white shirts.
