She enlisted the services of WME, effectively making CEO Ari Emanuel partially responsible should she face any legal repercussions.

In essence, Meghan would implicate him in her wrongdoings.

According to the same source, Meghan has entrusted WME with the task of transforming Archwell into a genuine production company.
