Meghan Markle Leaves National Theatre as Royal Security Escorts Her Out
Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, was seen exiting London's National Theatre shortly before announcing her and Prince Harry's decision to step back from their royal duties.
The visit took place at the National's smaller Dorpham Theatre, where Meghan serves as a patron.
This came just hours after journalist Tom Bradby revealed that the couple was contemplating their future options.
Later, the couple took to Instagram to share that they had been reflecting and had decided to divide their time between the UK and North America.
It is worth noting that the couple had spent their Christmas break in Canada, opting out of the traditional Sandringham festivities with the Queen, Prince Philip, and the Cambridges.
Although this incident occurred some time ago, a recently resurfaced photograph shows Meghan being escorted out of a theater in London, where she believed she had a scheduled meeting.
Queen Elizabeth had intended to meet with Meghan on January 8, 2020, to discuss certain matters.
However, Meghan informed Her Majesty that she could not attend the meeting as she already had a prior engagement.
Unaware of the cancellation, Meghan arrived at the theater, only to find out that the meeting had been called off.
It seems that Meghan had previously perceived the late Queen as someone to be disregarded rather than obeyed.
She believed she could handle Queen Elizabeth on her own.
Consequently, Meghan was taken to the airport, accompanied by two bags of belongings taken from Frogmore Cottage.
A diary was left behind at Frogmore since it had not been packed for her departure.
The Royal Protectors then escorted Meghan onto an airplane, where Duchess Sophie and Prince Edward awaited her.
They remained with her until she left the UK for Canada.
This occurred one day prior to Meghan and Harry's statement via Instagram, in which they announced their intention to step back from royal duties and pursue a half-in, half-out arrangement.
Upon returning to Canada, Meghan assumed that the matter had been settled.
She believed they had made it clear that they would work on a part-time basis and that they could continue to promote their brand.
Meghan even insisted that Harry participate in the meeting via a Zoom conference.
However, a few days later, the Sandringham Summit took place, and all the plans made by the couple, known as the Harkles, fell apart.
The Queen informed Harry that Meghan was excluded from the meeting and that they could not use their titles for commercial purposes.
The Queen made it clear that they had to either fully commit to their royal duties or sever ties completely, with the latter option resulting in the loss of sponsorships and financial support.
According to Harry, he had presented five different plans for his departure to Edward Young, but Young did not mention this during the meeting.
Leaked information suggests that Harry had hoped the Queen would plead with Meghan to stay, but when she didn't, he became upset.
This behavior upset both Prince Charles and Prince William, as Harry displayed rudeness towards the Queen.
Despite this, William attempted to engage Harry in conversation at the end of the meeting, but Harry perceived it as condescension and felt belittled.
It is worth recalling Meghan's mention of diaries in her interview with the Cut, where she subtly hinted at having information that could potentially harm the monarchy.
However, the Royal Family always keeps secret evidence, serving as a counter-threat to Meghan.
The diaries left behind by the Harkles were thoroughly investigated, copied, and securely stored away by MI5.
Meghan may have overlooked the fact that multiple copies in various formats were made and locked away in vaults.
The Royal Family has a contingency plan in place.
