Renowned experts at Jewelry Box estimate that it would take the average Londoner approximately 1,718 years of work to afford such a precious jewel.

The pendant section alone, detachable from the necklace, features 13 emerald-cut diamonds, making it a truly opulent creation.

Kate Middleton's impeccable taste in jewelry has garnered her a legion of fans worldwide.

Charlotte White, head of design at Europe's largest online diamond jeweler, 77 Diamonds, spoke highly of Kate's jewelry choices.

She highlighted Kate's affinity for natural diamonds, which was particularly evident at the Portrait Gala held at London's National Portrait Gallery in 2014.

It was during this event that Kate wore the Nizam of Hyderabad necklace, adorned with its magnificent diamonds.
