Princess Catherine and Her Youngest Children Visit the Set of UK’s Dancing with the Stars
Princess Catherine, also known as the Princess of Wales, recently enjoyed a special outing with her youngest children, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
The trio had the incredible opportunity to visit the set of the UK's version of Dancing with the Stars, called Strictly Come Dancing.
And let's just say, we are seriously jealous!
During their visit, Charlotte and Louis were given the chance to sit in the judges' chair and hold up scoreboards after witnessing a special performance from the talented dancers.
But it was Prince Louis who stole the show when he tried on a small gold crown from one of the costumes, giving the crown jewels a run for their money.
Throughout the visit, Princess Catherine displayed her characteristic politeness, sweetness, and charm, making sure that Louis didn't get too excited.
It's no surprise, as any five-year-old would be thrilled about such a special outing.
And since Prince Louis is known for his adorable and hilarious antics, keeping a close eye on him was definitely the right move.
We can only imagine how entertaining it would have been to see him leaping around on the stage, waving the score paddles in the air, and playfully losing his pretend crown in the process.
Princess Catherine is renowned for her ability to balance her time between her husband, children, and royal duties.
Not only does she maintain a popular image among royal fans, but her staff also appreciate her natural and down-to-earth demeanor.
When hiring for positions within the royal household, it is said that the future king and queen prioritize informality and a positive work atmosphere over rigid royal traditions.
Even when at home with their three children, they prefer to keep things casual, including the dress code for their staff.
This friendly and relaxed atmosphere was evident when Kate introduced her newborn son, Prince Louis, to the staff at Clarence House.
One former aide shared a heartwarming moment, stating, “The Princess of Wales is very popular with staff.
I remember after Prince Louis was born, she quietly knocked on the door of the staff's quarters and introduced them all to the baby.
They were really touched by that.”
Royal journalist Valentin Lowe revealed that Prince William and Princess Catherine strive to create an informal setting, extending even to their staff's attire when at home.
As one anonymous staffer shared, “Prince William wants it to be casual.
The kids run around the office, and he does not want it to be stuffy.
If we have important meetings or are going to Buckingham Palace, then, of course, we dress up.”
The royal couple's departure from traditional practices extends beyond their relaxed approach to their household.
They have also embraced a more modern parenting style, prioritizing open communication and emotional expression with their children.
Shouting is strictly prohibited in their homes, even for the staff.
An anonymous insider revealed, “Shouting is absolutely off limits in the Wales' homes.”
Princess Catherine has become an icon in the parenting and early years world, thanks in part to their nannies.
While there are countless suggestions available on how to raise children, many parents tend to follow their own parents' methods.
In Catherine's case, she grew up in a tight-knit family filled with love.
Showing courtesy and good manners was a priority in Princess Diana's parenting approach, and it seems to be just as important to her daughter-in-law Catherine.
It comes as no surprise that both women have invested considerable time in raising their children, given their dedication to public work involving young children.
As part of instilling humility in their children, they encourage them to write thank-you notes to express gratitude to members of the public who have shown them kindness.
Princess Catherine has reportedly adopted the same practice and is keen on raising her children to be courteous individuals.
