Shocking Confession about Lily’s Mysterious Identity
Dr. Gowriy Mota: The Trusted Pregnancy Guru
When Megan Markle welcomed her baby daughter into the world earlier this month, she had a familiar voice in the room, her trusted London-based pregnancy guru.
Dr. Gowriy Mota, the world-renowned childbirth pioneer, offered remote support to Megan during the birth of the Duchess of Sussex's second child with Prince Harry, Lilibet Diana, on June 4.
This request came after Dr. Mota had previously helped deliver their son Archie at the Portland Hospital three years ago.
Dr. Mota, speaking from her St. John's Wood Clinic, where she practices her unique gentle birth method, expressed her honor at being involved in such a special moment.
Her program, which combines her medical school knowledge from India with her experience as a doctor in the UK, was created in 1986 to provide pregnant women with the best chance of a calm and intervention-free delivery.
Through a series of consultations and classes, Dr. Mota prepares mothers not only physically but also emotionally and mentally.
During her 14 years working as a National Health Service obstetrician, Dr. Mota conducted the first documented water birth in a London NHS hospital in 1987 and introduced reflexology for pregnancy.
Despite initial skepticism, her recommendations for reflexology and visualization techniques gained recognition and popularity.
Dr. Mota's holistic approach also includes reflexology, massage, yoga, exercise, Reiki, nutrition, and supplement advice.
She has delivered thousands of babies over the last four decades, including those of celebrity moms Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna, and Kate Moss.
Her expertise is further shared through her best-selling books, “The Gentle Birth Method” and “The Gentle First Year,” which provide simple plans to help mothers bond with their child.
While it remains unknown how Meghan discovered Dr. Mota's program, the doctor reveals that most of her well-known clients come to her through word of mouth.
Elle Macpherson played a crucial role in spreading the word, sharing her positive experience with her friends, who then sought Dr. Mota's assistance.
The doctor maintains contact with many of these clients, who often reach out for her opinion or advice.
Meghan and Harry welcomed their baby girl, Lilibet, at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, near their Montecito home.
While Dr. Melissa Drake oversaw Meghan's care on-site, Dr. Mota provided remote support via telephone.
With the birth taking place two days before the public announcement, the couple had the opportunity to enjoy their newfound parenthood in a relaxed and private environment.
Dr. Mota emphasizes that second births are generally easier, as parents are more experienced and better prepared.
In other news, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been using their royal brand to earn US dollars, according to royal expert Duncan Larcombe.
In a recent interview, Larcombe expressed his concerns about the couple's behavior, stating that they are essentially capitalizing on the monarchy.
He believes that by leveraging their royal status, they are profiting in the US, which he finds unacceptable.
Larcombe also mentioned how the royal family used to work together and support one another, highlighting the impact Harry's departure has had on the dynamics within the family.
In 2020, Harry and Meghan announced their decision to step away from their duties as senior royals and permanently move to the US with their son Archie.
Recently, they welcomed their daughter Lilibet, named after Her Majesty the Queen, further solidifying their new life across the pond.
