Oprah’s Shocking Revelation: Meghan Markle’s Wedding Was a Career Move
In a stunning disclosure, Oprah Winfrey has revealed that Meghan Markle strategically planned her famous royal wedding to Prince Harry as a means to interact with Hollywood celebrities and boost her career.
Royal author Tom Bauer recently shared that Meghan's father, Thomas Markle, claimed the duchess didn't know anyone on the star-studded guest list.
According to Bauer, Thomas Markle stated that he knew the wedding attendees better than Meghan because he had previously worked with them at ABC and other studios.
He emphasized that Meghan had only met Oprah once for a few minutes and didn't know George Clooney beyond their passing encounter.
It seems that Meghan utilized her wedding as a stepping stone for her future in Hollywood.
Adding to the intrigue surrounding the couple, it has been reported that the Sussexes plan to release unseen footage of their wedding on Netflix, accompanied by their own commentary.
Sean, a prominent YouTuber, discussed the concept on his channel, suggesting that the couple would review their wedding pictures and showcase never-before-seen footage on a large screen while providing personal insights.
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle has chosen not to accompany her husband, Prince Harry, to Balmoral to be with the royal family.
The Duke of Sussex made the trip to the Queen's Scotland estate alone.
This decision coincides with Buckingham Palace confirming the Queen's passing.
Initially, it was believed that Meghan and Harry would visit the 96-year-old monarch separately from other members of the royal family.
However, sources now indicate that Harry will be making the trip solo.
Royal expert Cameron Walker shared this update on Twitter, stating that the Duchess of Sussex would not be joining the Duke of Sussex in Balmoral.
Other members of the royal family, including Prince William, Prince Andrew, and the Earl and Countess of Wessex, are understood to have flown to Aberdeen earlier in the day.
In contrast, Meghan will remain in London and is expected to miss the well-child awards, an event she and Harry had planned to attend.
There is a possibility that Meghan may join Harry in Scotland at a later date, according to a source from the Press Association.
Currently, the Queen is under medical supervision at her Balmoral estate, surrounded by her family.
Buckingham Palace issued a statement expressing concern for the Queen's health just after 12:30 pm on Thursday.
Tragically, six hours later, the palace announced the Queen's peaceful passing at Balmoral.
The King and the Queen consort will stay at Balmoral for the evening and return to London tomorrow.
The Queen's four children, Charles, the Princess Royal, the Duke of York, and the Earl of Wessex, are either by her bedside or en route, accompanied by the Duchess of Cornwall and the Countess of Wessex.
Meanwhile, it is believed that the Duchess of Cambridge remains in Windsor, caring for her and Prince William's three children.
The Queen, who recently appointed Liz Truss as Prime Minister at Balmoral, had already withdrawn from a virtual Privy Council meeting on Wednesday.
