Prince Harry’s Attempt to Persuade King Charles: A Manipulative Move or a Desperate Plea?

New revelations have emerged regarding the ongoing rift between Prince Harry and his father, King Charles.

According to a French publication that obtained extracts from Omid Scobie's book “Endgame,” Harry allegedly resorted to guilt-tripping the monarch in an attempt to retain ownership of Frogmore Cottage.

The Duke of Sussex reportedly posed a question to his father, asking if he no longer wished to see his grandchildren, specifically referring to Archie and Lilibet.

This calculated move was aimed at eliciting a reaction from the King and persuading him to reconsider taking away Frogmore Cottage.

The ultimatum presented by Harry came shortly after the release of his tell-all memoir, “Spare.”

It is believed that this memoir played a significant role in escalating tensions within the royal family.

Following its publication, the monarch ordered Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, to vacate Frogmore Cottage and return the keys.

This decision, dubbed “Frogs It,” was made public in March, leaving Harry without a permanent home in the UK.

Surprisingly, the keys to the property were subsequently handed over to the disgraced Prince Andrew.

According to Scobie, Harry reached out to his father, leveraging his grandchildren as bargaining chips, in an effort to sway the King's decision.

However, royal expert Neil Shawn offers a different perspective, asserting that it was actually Meghan who sent a message to the King through an intermediary after being ousted from Frogmore.

She expressed her anger at having her home taken away and attempted to use the children as leverage against the King.

Notably, King Charles has never met Archie or Lilibet.

It is worth mentioning that the official announcement of King Charles granting the titles of Prince and Princess to the children has not been made by the royal family or their representatives.

Scobie also reveals that Meghan never truly felt at home in the UK and has no desire to return.

Reports suggest that she refused to travel to London for King Charles' coronation, as she wishes to distance herself from the ongoing drama within the royal court.

Amidst these revelations, royal expert Angela Levin has accused Meghan of attempting to destroy the royal family.

Levin's comments were in response to a tweet by royal commentator Niall Gardiner, who labeled Meghan a “monumental liar” and accused her of spreading hate against the British royal family.

Levin, the author of “Harry: A Biography of a Prince,” claimed that Meghan's allegations about discussions regarding Archie's skin color were unfounded.

She suggested that any such conversations would have taken place before Meghan was even pregnant, going so far as to speculate that they may have discussed the possibility of the child having ginger hair.

Despite Meghan's alleged attempts, Levin believes that she will not succeed in tearing down the royal family, but rather, she is damaging her own reputation in the process.

It has been reported that Meghan named two members of the royal household who allegedly participated in conversations about the baby's skin color.

This information was supposedly conveyed to King Charles through a letter following Meghan and Harry's departure from the royal family.

During their highly publicized interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021, Meghan disclosed that someone within the family had expressed concerns about Archie's potential skin tone.

However, Scobie's book does not reveal the identities of the individuals mentioned by Meghan, and the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh have been excluded as suspects.

Queen Elizabeth voiced her concern over the allegations at the time, acknowledging that recollections may differ.
