Meghan Markle Accused of Staff Mistreatment and Bullying
In the book “Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind the Crown,” author Valentin Lowe has made claims that Meghan Markle was not kind to her staffers, leaving them traumatized to the point where they formed a group known as the Sussex Survivors Club.
This isn't the first time Markle has faced allegations of mistreating palace staff, as an investigation earlier this year looked into the matter, although the results were never made public.
Recently, a screenshot shared by Twitter user DrLadyHussie suggests that President Ochunga Chang, a member of the House staff, may have been secretly recording Meghan's arguments with Prince Harry.
Disgruntled staff members have been sharing their stories, catching the attention of those who have their ears to the ground.
It seems that leaks are coming from various departments, but the House staff seem to have the juiciest information.
Despite Meghan confiscating their phones every day, people are still managing to capture recordings, which should make her think twice before picking fights with Harry or anyone else.
If these claims hold true, it would certainly be scandalous.
Aside from the accusations of bullying, Markle has also been accused of threatening to leave Prince Harry if he didn't make their relationship public.
Furthermore, there have been reports suggesting that Markle displayed rude and offensive behavior towards Palace staffers leading up to their royal wedding due to her anxiety.
While Markle has denied some of these allegations, others remain unaddressed by her and Harry.
Consequently, it is expected that more individuals will come forward with their own versions of events.
According to Globe magazine, some of the allegations against Markle and Prince Harry stem from the belief that she manipulated the royal family and controlled the Duke of Sussex.
“The feeling is Meghan played the royals, John Lennon and Yoko, all over again.
Meghan's in control, and Harry has to grin and bear it,” a source stated.
These claims add another layer to the ongoing controversy surrounding the couple.
English financier and environmentalist Ben Goldsmith recently took a swipe at Meghan Markle, suggesting that her unpopularity in Britain is not due to her race but rather because she is a cunning bully who has been exposed.
Goldsmith, a former non-executive board member of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, made cryptic allegations in response to racism claims against Markle.
While he swiftly deleted one of the three allegations, the one accusing Meghan of cruelty remains visible to the public.
Goldsmith's remarks reflect a sentiment that Meghan's actions have caused her downfall in the eyes of the British public.
The accusations of bullying against Meghan are not new.
The first allegations emerged 18 months ago, stemming from complaints made by her staff during a toxic period before the couple's move to California in 2020.
Former royal aides described feeling humiliated, sick, terrified, and reduced to tears.
One staff member even labeled Meghan and Harry as outrageous bullies, while others accused them of inflicting emotional cruelty and driving employees away.
However, the couple's attorneys have vehemently denied all the allegations, stating that Meghan and Harry never mistreated or bullied their staff between 2018 and 2020.
As the controversy surrounding Meghan Markle continues to unfold, it remains to be seen how this will impact her reputation and relationship with the British public.
With more individuals likely to come forward with their own stories, the spotlight on the Duchess of Sussex shows no signs of dimming anytime soon.
