Harry and Meghan Hint at Permanent Break from UK and Royal Life

In a recent interview with Anderson Cooper, has openly admitted that he does not believe he and his wife, , will ever make a full-time return to the United Kingdom or royal life.

Furthermore, Harry has strongly hinted that they will never give up their official titles.

This revelation has sparked discussions about whether the Royals should take back the lease on Frogmore Cottage and ban the couple from residing on any monarch properties.

It is worth noting that Frogmore Cottage is currently owned by Harry and Meghan, who used £2.4 million of taxpayer money to renovate it.

However, many Royal fans argue that the couple should not be allowed to live on Crown property, especially considering its proximity to the Wales family.

Additionally, there is a growing sentiment among supporters that Harry and Meghan have shown contempt towards and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.

The couple has also faced criticism for using photos and videos of the royal grounds in their money-making endeavors.

The controversy surrounding Harry and Meghan's former residence, Nottingham Cottage, has only added fuel to the fire.

Nottingham Cottage was where the couple lived together from 2017 to 2019, following Harry's departure from the army.

After their engagement, they resided in the cottage before tying the knot at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle the same year.

However, in April 2019, the couple moved to Frogmore Cottage in preparation for the birth of their first child, .

During the second part of their Netflix docuseries, Harry and Meghan made a comment about their time living in Nottingham Cottage.

They revealed that despite people's assumptions, the cottage was far from the grand palace everyone imagined.

Harry humorously mentioned that , to whom they gave their explosive interview last year, was shocked when she visited their humble abode.

“As far as people were concerned, we were living in a palace, but we were living in a cottage,” Harry quipped.

Meghan chimed in, saying, “Kensington Palace sounds very regal, but Nottingham Cottage was so small.”

Harry further described the place as “really small” with low ceilings, jokingly suggesting that the previous tenant must have been exceptionally short.

Meghan also shared a funny anecdote about Harry constantly hitting his head due to his tall stature.

She emphasized that their time in Nottingham Cottage was a chapter in their lives that no one could truly comprehend.

Oprah's reaction upon seeing their living conditions was reportedly disbelief, as she exclaimed, “No one would ever believe it.”

However, it seems that Harry and Meghan overlooked the fact that before they moved into Nottingham Cottage, it was occupied by Harry's brother, , and his wife, Catherine.

The couple resided there with their firstborn son, Prince George, after his birth in October 2013, before moving to an apartment in Kensington Palace.

Fans and critics were quick to point out the irony of Harry and Meghan's comments.

Many found it amusing that they complained about the size of Nottingham Cottage, considering that Prince William, the highest-ranking member of the royal family, had previously lived there with his family.

Social media users shared their thoughts, with one user sarcastically remarking, “Harry claims he doesn't know who lived at Nottingham Cottage before him, but they must have been short because the ceilings are so low.

Uh, wasn't that where William and Kate lived?

Yeah, super short, William and Kate.”
