Prince Charles Takes Part in Charity Polo Match Supported by Kate

Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales, recently participated in a charity polo match at the Guards Polo Club, with his wife Kate by his side.

The event aimed to raise funds for several organizations that they both support.

This is not the first time has taken part in such a match, as he first participated back in 2006.

Kate, the Princess of Wales, proudly stood on the sidelines, showing her unwavering support for her husband as he competed in the Outsourcing Inc Royal Charity Polo Cup 2023.

She looked effortlessly stylish in a beautiful baby blue and white midi dress designed by Balua London.

Sporting sunglasses and holding a glass of bubbly, she cheered on her husband throughout the match.

matched her elegance, wearing a pale blue shirt, grey jacket, and navy trousers.

Later, he changed into his polo gear, donning the team colors of white and navy, with a bright red sleeve number.

Before the match began, pictures captured the heir to the throne engaging in conversation with fellow players while on horseback.

Meanwhile, Kate enjoyed the match from the sidelines, chatting and sharing a laugh with world-famous jockey Frankie DeTore and cousin-in-law Peter Phillips.

As a mother of three, she watched with great interest as William showcased his skills in his 16th appearance at the event.

It's worth noting that he has participated in every match since his debut in 2006, except for last year when it was canceled due to the pandemic.

Prince William played an impressive defensive game for his team, the US Polo Association.

Interestingly, there have been changes in the polo teams this year.

Harry, Prince William's brother, used to play alongside Nacho, but reports suggest that Harry is no longer part of the team.

Instead, it is likely that Nacho will join William in future matches.

Nacho is associated with a private playing company, and given Harry's reputation for enjoying free private planes, it is uncertain if their friendship still stands.

Rumors suggest that Harry mistreated Nacho's horses, leading to his expulsion from Nacho's circle.

It seems that Harry's wife, Meghan, also played a role in this strained relationship.

In a recent article, Argentinian polo player Nacho Figueres revealed that he had loaned two of his polo ponies to .

However, when Harry returned them, the horses were sick and in poor condition.

This incident led Nacho and his wife, Delphine, to distance themselves from the Harkles and have them removed from the Santa Barbara Polo Club, where the Figueres' are members.

In other polo-related news, the Singapore Centrebell Tournament, which was initially scheduled to take place on the same day in Singapore, has been removed from the Singapore Polo Club website.

This tournament was rumored to be an attempt to overshadow William and Catherine's Earthshot Prize.

It seems that there may be some competition and tension within the polo community.

During the charity match, the commentator took a particular interest in Prince William, hyping up his attempts to score and even jokingly blaming a missed shot on a rogue mole that had popped up through the grass.

Nevertheless, William managed to score and tie up the game, albeit breaking his polo stick in the process.

This year's charity match is expected to raise over a million pounds for 11 different charities.

These include Shout, Wales Air Ambulance, Centrepoint, The Passage, Foundling Museum, Forward Trust, Mountain Rescue England and Wales, East Anglia Children's Hospices, Little Village, Aber Necessities, and Baby Basics.

Since Prince Charles first started participating in this cup, the event has raised an impressive £11 million.
